HBPM was founded by Derek Leadbetter (Managing Director) who was recently joined by Don Arnold as a shareholder, Director, and Operations Manager. Derek and Don have worked alongside each other for over 35 years initially in a private company and then in several corporate companies as a result of takeovers . Both have a vast experience in all aspects of the building maintenance/service industry.
